His expert and application activities include feasibility studies, market research, business plans, advisory activities in the preparation of applications for obtaining financial support.

He currently works as an associate professor at the Department of Management at the Faculty of Economics - Skopje, at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, actively teaching the first, second and third cycle of studies. He has a master's degree and a doctorate in the field of business management. He gained his practical work experience in the business sector working in marketing and sales at Macedonian On-line and Pekabesko. His educational and research interests are in the field of management, business planning, strategies, business models, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development.

He is the author of university textbooks, as well as research papers in scientific journals and proceedings of international conferences.

Lecturer at several summer schools, workshops and seminars organized by the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, Government of the Republic of Macedonia, Entrepreneurship Support Agency, AIESEC Macedonia, Start Up Academy, CEED Macedonia, Erasmus +, Talent Generator, etc.

He also continuously performs the following activities, management and membership in certain committees and working bodies:

• Head of the Yunus Center for Social Businesses at the Faculty of Economics-Skopje
• Member of the national body for developing the strategy for social businesses in the Republic of Macedonia, 2018-present
• Member of the Committee for Small and Medium Enterprises within the National Council for Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness, 2013-2016
• Member of several committees for the selection of the best business idea and business plan organized by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia 2010, Ministry of Economy 2014, Social Impact Award Europe, 2015, etc.
• Head of the organizing board of the Summer School: "Make a difference - become a creative EU leader of change", Ohrid, 2015
• Secretary of the Department of Management at the Faculty of Economics - Skopje 2011-present
• Secretary of the study program of the second cycle of studies in Strategic Management of Human Resources, 2014-present
• Member of the commission for the development of the Strategic Plan of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje 2019-2023; Member of the committee for the preparation of the Strategic Plan of the Faculty of Economics - Skopje 2011-2015 and 2015-2019, Member of the committee for the preparation of the Systematization of Jobs at the Faculty of Economics - Skopje 2015, Member of the committee for the preparation of the Salary Regulations of the Faculty of Economics – Skopje 2016 and others.

The Master's Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology Commercialization provides knowledge on business planning, key issues facing the commercialization of new technological breakthroughs, legal aspects of intellectual property protection and managing creativity and innovation in organizational settings.

He is also a recipient of the Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship (foreign.fulbrightonline.org), May 2015 the Fulbright Foreign Student Program allows graduate students, young professionals, and artists from abroad to study and conduct research in the United States at universities in the United States or other academic institutions.

Since October 2019, he has also been an Internal Control Consultant - Responsible for supporting the Albanian Ministry of Finance in strengthening internal control systems, preparing, and adopting a public policy document for public internal financial control (PIFC) and assisting in the process of accession to EU in areas covered by Chapter 32, Internal control.
